Cancellation policy

Conditions for subscriptions, pre-orders and test purchases Some products in our shop may be offered as a subscription, pre-order, or as a test purchase before final acquisition. Below, we explain transparently how changes or cancellations are possible for these order types.

1. Subscriptions When you start a subscription, you receive regular deliveries of the selected products. The intervals are based on the term and delivery frequency selected by you. Your payment details will be stored securely for recurring payments. Each delivery is billed separately, unless a prepayment has been agreed upon. Subscriptions may renew automatically at the end of the term, depending on the chosen model. If you do not wish for an automatic renewal, you can cancel the subscription at any time. Changes and cancellations can be made via the links in your order confirmation. Information on returns and refunds can be found in our returns policy.

2. Pre-orders With a pre-order, you purchase a product that is currently out of stock or is in production. Depending on the product and availability, the following procedures apply:

At checkout, a full payment, a partial payment, or merely a payment authorization may take place. The final or remaining payment will only be collected at the time the order is fulfilled and shipped. Partially paid pre-orders that have not yet been shipped can be cancelled at any time. Once a pre-order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible. A refund can then be made in accordance with our returns policy.

3. Test purchases ("Try Before You Buy") For items offered for testing before final purchase, the following applies:

Before shipping, we authorize your stored payment method but do not yet collect the amount. You receive a set trial period to decide whether you want to keep the item. If you return the item before the deadline expires, no payment will be collected. If no return is made within the trial period, the full purchase price will be charged automatically.
