We offer free worldwide shipping for all your orders. Your package will be shipped quickly and securely via DHL and is fully insured against transport damage. Thanks to integrated tracking, you can keep an eye on the status at all times, while personal delivery against signature guarantees that your shipment will arrive safely.

Processing Time
Orders placed by 12:00 PM on a business day are usually prepared on the same day. Orders placed after this time or on weekends will be processed on the next business day.

Tracking
Using the tracking number from your shipping confirmation, you can check the delivery status in real time at any time at dhl.com or in the DHL app. A specific time window will be displayed on the day of delivery.
Packaging
The outer shipping packaging has no brand branding. The product is inside in its complete protective packaging and is secured for transport. Please check the integrity of the packaging before acceptance.
Transit insurance
Every shipment is sent with transport insurance covering the full value of the goods. In case of damage, you are fully covered. Please do not accept visibly damaged shipments without reservation.
Duties & Import Taxes
chincheckgermany ships on a DAP (Delivered at Place) basis. Import duties, customs duties and local taxes in the country of destination are borne by the buyer. The value of the goods is correctly stated on all shipping documents.
Revocation
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt without giving any reason. The product must be in perfect, unused condition and in its original packaging.
Initiate return
By email to info@chincheckgermany.com - within 14 days of receipt. After review, you will receive all information regarding the return. We recommend insured shipping with tracking.
Return shipping costs
The buyer bears the cost of return shipping. chincheckgermany assumes no liability for shipments that are lost or damaged on their return journey.
Refund
Upon proper receipt and inspection of the product, the purchase price will be refunded to the original payment method within 14 business days.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Changes and cancellations are possible within 12 hours of placing an order — by email to info@chincheckgermany.com. No changes are possible after shipping confirmation.
What happens if delivery isn't possible?
DHL will deposit the shipment at the nearest branch and notify you. The retention period is 7 working days. For international shipments, the conditions of the respective destination country apply.
Does chincheckgermany ship to my country?
We ship to most countries worldwide. For countries outside the table above, please contact info@chincheckgermany.com directly.
What happens if there is damage during shipping?
Please inspect the packaging upon delivery and do not accept visibly damaged shipments without reservation. Document any damage immediately with photographs and report it within 24 hours to info@chincheckgermany.com. Every shipment is fully insured.
Can I change the delivery address after shipping?
DHL On Demand Delivery allows you to adjust delivery options after dispatch — address, delivery day, or pickup point. You will receive this information with your tracking number.
How do I initiate a return?
By e-mail to info@chincheckgermany.com – within 14 days of receiving the order. We will get back to you with all further steps.
Who bears the cost of return shipping?
The buyer bears the return shipping costs. We recommend insured shipping with tracking.
When will I receive my refund?
After receipt and inspection of the product within 14 business days—to the original payment method used.
Does delivery outside the EU really take such a short time?
DHL Express is optimized for international transit times. To major cities in the USA and UAE, 2–4 business days is the norm. Transit times may be longer for remote areas or during periods of high shipping volume.
